Anadolu Hisarı

Anadolu Hisarı is a fortress located in  on the Anatolian (Asian) side of the Bosporus, which also gives its name to the quarter around it. It was built for the preparations for the taking over the Istanbul from Greeks.

The trick about Istanbul is the view is always better when you look it from the anatolian side since most of the symbolic buildings are located in the european side.

How you can go there? From üsküdar again with minibusses and with busses that goes to beykoz. Can be 15 or 11 series. It can take up to 1 hour.

The View and Eat

Balkon:
It is close the Tunnel in Taksim, the view is very fantastic also the menu is affordable.

360

This place has a very good view but the menu is quite expensive. But still if you are looking for a very romantic or special dinner you can choose there. I can recommend the weekdays which will be more quiet and easy to find the best seats.

Kuzguncuk Parkı

This place has special view for sunset and night. I will just write you down how to go there and then show you the pictures. Just one tip: try to go there weekdays. Weekends especially mornings are so crowded that you can not enjoy with the view enough.
This park is located on the leg of 1st bridge. You may go to Üsküdar and take minibuses or busses that goes to Beykoz. Or you can get off on bridge on the Anatolian side and you can walk through there.

Anadolu Kavağı

It has an ancient castle on the top of the hill. And from here you can see both Black sea and Marmara sea together. If you catch another sunny weekend even during winter, you have to go there and see the best sunset over the Istanbul while drinking few beers.

You can go there by ferries with the big ones. Go like afternoon and come back at nite.  http://www.sehirhatlari.com.tr/en/timetable/inner-istanbul-ferry-lines-351.html
